Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BestResult Bot ("we", "us", or "the Service"), operated at bot.bestresult.ai. By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or WhatsApp Business number, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BestResult Bot provides AI-assisted automated replies to direct messages and post comments on connected Meta platforms. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content generated on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the social accounts you connect. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
  • No impersonation, scams, or misleading automation.
  • Comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and WhatsApp Business Policy at all times.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

Replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You remain solely responsible for messages sent from your connected accounts and should review AI behavior regularly.

6. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service (for example, to generate replies, train per-account context, and display analytics).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or platform policies. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and cancelling your subscription.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
