This Privacy Policy describes how BestResult Bot ("we", "us", or "the Service"), operated at bot.bestresult.ai, collects, uses, and protects information when you connect your Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and WhatsApp Business numbers to our platform. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and Facebook user ID provided through Facebook Login.
  • Meta assets — the Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and WhatsApp Business phone numbers you grant us permission to access, along with their names, IDs, profile pictures, and access tokens.
  • Conversations and messages — incoming and outgoing messages exchanged between your connected accounts and the people who contact you, including sender name, message content, timestamps, and platform identifiers.
  • Configuration — your bot prompts, settings, and preferences.

2. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate you and operate the Service.
  • To deliver incoming messages from Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp into a unified inbox.
  • To generate and send AI-assisted replies on your behalf when you enable that feature for a channel.
  • To maintain conversation history so you can review past chats.
  • To monitor reliability, debug issues, and improve the Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the sub-processors required to run the Service:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — to receive and send messages on your connected channels.
  • Supabase — to host our database and authentication.
  • AI model providers — message content is sent to large language model providers solely to generate replies when auto-reply is enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain conversations, messages, and channel configuration for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6), and disconnecting a Meta asset stops further data collection from that asset.

5. Security

Access tokens and message content are stored in a managed, access-controlled database with row-level security. All traffic to and from the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@bestresult.ai. You can also revoke our access to your Facebook account at any time from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which will disable the Service for your connected assets.

7. Data Deletion Instructions

To delete all data associated with your account, email privacy@bestresult.ai from the address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your account, channels, conversations, messages, and stored access tokens within 30 days and confirm by email.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
